En 1842, la brasserie Tchèque Pillsner Urquell brassa pour la première fois une Lager utilisant des levures basses : la Pils est née. La bière prit le nom de la brasserie et devint rapidement un incontournable.
Cette bière fut la plus imitée à travers le monde cependant, aucune n’a réussi à égaler la recette originale.
La Pilsner originale n’a rien à envier aux autres !
Robe : blonde et mousse blanche persistante.
Arôme : Nez sur la céréale et le houblon tchèque.
Goût : Bouche légère, notes houblonnées et final légèrement amer.
Eau, malt d’orge, houblon.
Gluten.
